The Need Is Urgent Around the world, many children face challenges no child should endure: Millions are unable to attend school due to financial hardship Orphans grow up without consistent care or guidance Families struggle to afford food, healthcare, and school expenses Childhood joy is replaced by hunger, labour, and fear Without support, these children remain trapped in cycles of poverty and vulnerability. The Power of Sponsorship The Power of Sponsorship Orphan Sponsorships Family Sponsorships Education Support Happiness Kits Joyful Moments Ramadan &amp; Eid 2023 Orphan Sponsorships For $95 CAD per month, orphan sponsorship helps cover essential needs including food, healthcare, education, and transportation. Funds are provided directly to a trusted caregiver and monitored by our local teams. 728 children have been supported through orphan sponsorship to date. Family &amp; Orphan Sponsorships Family sponsorship provides stability to households caring for vulnerable children. For $275 CAD per month, families receive support for food, shelter, education, and healthcare. 217 families have been supported so far. Education &amp; School Support Education is one of the most effective ways to break the cycle of poverty. Through our programs, we have: Distributed 745 school kits with books, stationery, and essential supplies. Built and refurbished schools in Pakistan, Uganda, Lebanon, and Bangladesh. Happiness Kits Children need emotional well-being alongside physical care. Our Happiness Kits support creativity and mental health. For $35 CAD, each kit includes art supplies and activities that encourage self-expression and resilience. 850 Happiness Kits have been distributed. Joyful Moments for Orphans Two special events were hosted in Jordan, offering games, face painting, music, and gifts. Each event brought joy to over 50 orphaned children, creating moments of connection and happiness. Ramadan &amp; Eid 2023 During Ramadan and Eid, we focused on restoring dignity and joy for children and families: 620 Eid gifts delivered. 538 people attended our Eid Markets across Pakistan, Uganda, Bangladesh, and Lebanon. Families received clothing, toys, sweets, and meals; barbers and entertainers helped create a joyful experience for children.
